Sticks with bits

When fishing with PVA sticks you often want to add broken boilies and other bits that could get stuck on your hook point and cause you to miss a run. The solution? Add a few pieces of soluble foam in the end of the stick. This keeps the hook point protected and lifts the hook bait out and sets it rights on top of your freebies. Perfect.

For a small mesh 2 pieces of foam seems to do the trick. One packs down too small when you compress it.

The foam makes a nice plug in the end that protects the point of the hook.

The finished product. No chance of the point being fouled, the hair tangling, and a perfect presentation into the bargain.
