Koi

There is a common misconception that koi are a separate species from common carp. They are both actually the same species, Cyprinus carpio. It is really amazing how selective breeding has produced many different varieties that look very different from the wild strain of common carp.

A koi in a keep sack waiting on someone to take a picture. I am guessing it was a Gin Matsuba but I don't really know.
